How do I create an online account?
Simply click the “Log In” tab on the upper right corner of the website and proceed to “Create an Account” .Please make sure you fill-in all the required fields. A confirmation email will be sent to your email to confirm your subscription.
How do I purchase an item online?
Once you have selected which item to purchase, simply click the ‘Buy’ button. This will give you the option to ‘continue shopping’ or ‘proceed to checkout’. If you proceed to checkout, you will need to fill-in all the required details, such as: billing, shipping and payment information. We strongly advise you to double check your order before confirming the purchase. After making an online purchase, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email.

We Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron and JCB Cards.
How do I cancel an online order?
As long as the selected item is not confirmed, you can click the “X” button on your cart and it will automatically remove the item. However, once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made, the order cannot be cancelled as it has already then been registered in the warehouse for shipping. How do I check the status of my order?
After making your purchase online, we will email you within the next working day with a tracking number. You can then track your order status on the Aramex website www.aramex.com by using your unique tracking number.

Gift Cards can be ordered online but must be collected at our shop in the Dubai Mall, or they can be purchased directly from the store. (LG 125-1 The Dubai Mall)
Can I redeem my gift card online?
Gift Cards can only be redeemed at our shop. Gift Cards cannot be used on any online purchase.
What are the charges for delivery within UAE?

Do you ship outside UAE?
Currently, Irony Home only delivers within the UAE but we will start delivering across GCC Countries soon.
What if my merchandise delivered is damaged?
We strongly advise you to thoroughly check your items upon delivery. Once the item is found damaged, you have the right to return or exchange the item within 24 hours of delivery. Please call our Customer Service Centre on +971 4 4321374 to arrange necessary return or exchange.
